6/1/26 Darin Karpel and Caryn have been extremely helpful in assisting me with my deed transfer of an inherited property and setting up a trust. In fact, it took him almost an entire year to finish, but we had already paid for his services so we could not cancel. However, I was able to retain Mr. Karpel for my brothers estate planning and I am delighted that we did, tenfold. The more I kept in touch with Mr. Karpel, the more I realized he was the attorney to accommodate our needs for a cost effective price and more importantly, HE WAS FAST! There was an attempt to set up a trust with him. He was relatively responsive but provided very little information. Google provided information and he could barely bother to expand on it. But the one star is for the fact that I had to send the document back and forth with him multiple times because he couldn’t bother to check the spellings of names, locations, etc. He literally had one job… to fill out his template ($3100 cost) and he couldn’t even care enough to do that properly. What good is a contracts lawyer who is not detail oriented? I never finished my trust with him so I asked him for a will a couple months later and of course there is no response. Why are there so many good reviews? There was no part of this process that was remotely positive except the hours before he collected his $3100 fee for his several minutes of work.

Not ever doing a trust before I thought it would be a long expensive process. Darin created a comprehensive trust for myself and husband in a very timely manner and at a fair price. He responded to our inquiry and all questions within hours. Based the completed trust, you can see Daring is highly experienced and knowledgeable. My wife and I tried to do our Trust ourselves five years ago with the Suze Orman DIY trust plan. Come to find out, the trust was incomplete because we did it absolutely wrong and was in jeopardy of leaving our family vulnerable. We contacted the Karpel Law firm and IMMEDIATELY not only did we get a response, but also in little of no time we received an extensive and comprehensive and easy-to-follow Trust for us to review.
